Overview
Adds a Create Bill button to confirmed Purchase Orders. One click creates a draft Vendor Bill with exactly what can be billed now: the ordered quantity of products billed on order, and the received quantity of products billed on receipt. When some goods have not been received yet, a wizard lets you bill the ready items only or wait, and the bill buttons stop you from billing the same quantity twice.

Create Bill Button
A Create Bill button appears on every confirmed Purchase Order. The Received and Billed columns show what can be billed: here 12 of 20 chairs are received and the installation service is billed on order.
Direct Vendor Bill Creation
One click creates a draft Vendor Bill linked to the Purchase Order, with the 12 received chairs and the installation service. The 8 chairs still to arrive are left for a later bill.
Mixed Purchase Methods
When some goods have not been received at all, a wizard lists the items ready to bill and the items still waiting to be received, so you can bill the ready items only.
Wait for All Items
Choose Wait for all items to be ready to hold the bill until the remaining goods are received.
No Double Billing
Once everything that can be billed is on a bill, Create Bill and Upload Bill stop with a clear message instead of creating a duplicate bill.
